What makes this different
Premises that receive customers are judged on four things, in this order: the glass at the entrance, the floor just inside it, the counter, and the toilet. We front-load the round on those four and treat everything else as maintenance. That is also why we work before opening rather than during: a mop bucket in a customer area costs you more goodwill than the clean gains you.
What is included

How often
Most commercial sites run three to five times a week, with the entrance glass and floor on every pass. Deep floor treatment - stripping, sealing, machine scrubbing - is scheduled quarterly and quoted separately.
Pricing

Frequently asked questions
Can you come before we open?
Yes, and we recommend it. Early morning or after closing. Cleaning in front of customers is bad for you and slower for us.
Do you handle the shop windows outside as well?
Yes, with pure-water poles up to the height allowed without scaffolding. Outside glass is usually on a separate frequency from the rest - most shops go weekly or fortnightly.
What is your notice period?
Twelve months on an annual contract, which is the market norm in Belgium. New contracts start with a six-month trial period you can end at thirty days' notice, so you are not locked in before you have seen us work.
Do you supply the equipment and products?
Yes, all of it. Professional Kärcher machines, microfibre rather than paper, pro products matched to each surface. You provide nothing.
