How much does office cleaning cost in Belgium?

For 200 m² of offices cleaned twice a week, our engine currently computes between 1 119 and 1 343 € excl. VAT per month; for 400 m² cleaned 3 times a week, between 2 873 and 3 447 € excl.

VAT per month. At the two extremes: a 100 m² practice with one visit a week sits between 87 and 104 € excl. VAT per visit; an 800 m² floor cleaned every working day, between 7 751 and 9 301 € excl. VAT per month. These amounts cover floors, desks, sanitary facilities and bins, excluding travel, and are recomputed by the engine at every publication. The real price depends on the number of desks and sanitary points, the layout, the options and the frequency: the tool above gives your range in 30 seconds, and the free visit turns it into a fixed fee.

What drives the price

  • The surface, but not proportionally: time per square metre falls as the surface grows.
  • The number of desks and sanitary points: they are the real time consumers.
  • The layout: an open space is faster than individual offices.
  • The type of site: an open industrial site is faster per square metre, a food site or laboratory slower.
  • The frequency: the more visits, the lower the price per visit.
  • Travel, included in the price according to your zone.

Why an abnormally low quote should alert you

The price of a visit is first of all working time paid at the sector rate: in Belgium, cleaning wages are set by joint committee 121 and apply to everyone. A fee well below the market therefore does not come from better organisation; it comes from undeclared hours, skipped tasks or a team that changes all the time. Our ranges are computed on the real time per area, with professional equipment that saves time where it can, not on wages.

What you can check with any contractor, us included: a written scope before signing, the same team every visit, a visit report per area, and a reachable manager who answers within 24 business hours.

A fee based on results, not billed hours

We do not sell hours. The monthly fee covers a result on a written scope: areas, target frequencies, what is included. We smooth your needs over the year, a little more one month, a little less the next. You have nothing to count.

Questions about the price

Is the estimate a quote?

No. It is an indicative range based on what you declare. The fee is fixed after a visit, on a written scope, and it is firm.

Why a range and not a price?

Because two offices of the same surface do not have the same number of desks or the same sanitary facilities. The range frames it; the visit decides.

Does the price include products and equipment?

Yes. Products, professional equipment, and sanitary consumables if you wish.

Is there a minimum?

Yes, per visit, because travel and set-up have a cost. The engine applies it automatically to small surfaces.

Does the price change during the contract?

Only if the scope changes, through a written annex. An annual review may be proposed and discussed.

Do you quote for Brussels?
