What makes this different

What breaks a condominium contract is almost never the quality of the mopping - it is the gap between what the agent believes was agreed and what the teams actually do. So the round is written down zone by zone before we start, the frequency of each zone is on the same sheet, and the co-owners can read it. How often

Two passes a week is the common baseline: the entrance, lift and ground floor on both, the upper landings alternating. Buildings with a lot of through traffic or a nursery on the ground floor usually need three.
