Home › Medical centre cleaning
What makes this different
In a medical centre the risk is concentrated in a small number of surfaces touched by a large number of people: door handles, the waiting-room armrests, the reception counter, the examination couch, the toilet flush. Those get disinfected properly - correct product, correct dwell time - rather than wiped with the same cloth as the floor skirting. Colour-coded microfibre keeps the consulting rooms and the sanitary areas separate, and cloths are never carried between the two.
What is included
- Contact points disinfected: handles, switches, counters, armrests
- Consulting rooms - couch, desk, free surfaces, floor
- Waiting area, chairs, children's corner, magazines
- Toilets cleaned, disinfected and restocked
- Reception counter and card terminal
- Colour-coded microfibre, no transfer between zones
How often
Daily outside consulting hours for a group practice; three times a week for a single-practitioner centre. Waiting areas and toilets are on every pass without exception.
Pricing
Every site is different, so the package is set after a free visit rather than from a price list. You get a fixed monthly amount, agreed in writing on a written scope, with no per-visit extras. Our online estimator gives you an indicative figure in about thirty seconds, and the visit confirms it.

Frequently asked questions
Do you handle clinical or sharps waste?
No. We handle ordinary and sorted waste. Clinical waste and sharps stay with your specialist collection - we never touch those containers.
Can you work while the practice is open?
We prefer not to, and most centres agree once they have seen a waiting room being cleaned around patients. Before opening or after the last appointment works better for everyone.
What is your notice period?
Twelve months on an annual contract, which is the market norm in Belgium. New contracts start with a six-month trial period you can end at thirty days' notice, so you are not locked in before you have seen us work.
Do you supply the equipment and products?
Yes, all of it. Professional Kärcher machines, microfibre rather than paper, pro products matched to each surface. You provide nothing.
