Home › Pharmacy cleaning
What makes this different
A pharmacy counter is touched by every customer who comes through the door, and by your team in between. It is the single highest-traffic surface in the shop and it gets disinfected on every visit with the dwell time the product needs, not a quick pass with a damp cloth. Behind the counter we clean floors and free surfaces and nothing else: drawers, shelves and stock stay closed and untouched.
What is included
- Counter and card terminal disinfected, correct dwell time
- Contact points: door handles, dispenser fronts, queue rails
- Front-of-shop floor washed, display fronts dusted
- Dispensary floor and free surfaces, stock untouched
- Back office, staff kitchen, toilet
- Bins emptied and waste sorted
How often
Daily outside opening hours is the norm. Front-of-shop contact points, counter and floor on every pass; the back office and stock room floor two or three times a week.
Pricing
Every site is different, so the package is set after a free visit rather than from a price list. You get a fixed monthly amount, agreed in writing on a written scope, with no per-visit extras. Our online estimator gives you an indicative figure in about thirty seconds, and the visit confirms it.

Frequently asked questions
Do you go behind the counter and into the dispensary?
Yes, for floors and free surfaces. We never open a drawer, move stock or touch a shelf of medicines. That is written into the site sheet.
Can you work while the pharmacy is open?
We would rather not. Before opening is better for you and faster for us. If you have a duty rota that makes early access impossible, we can work around it - it just needs agreeing up front.
What is your notice period?
Twelve months on an annual contract, which is the market norm in Belgium. New contracts start with a six-month trial period you can end at thirty days' notice, so you are not locked in before you have seen us work.
Do you supply the equipment and products?
Yes, all of it. Professional Kärcher machines, microfibre rather than paper, pro products matched to each surface. You provide nothing.
