Are keys and property files safe?
They stay where they are. We do not move, stack or tidy anything on a desk or a key board. Teams are briefed on it before the first visit.
Can you do the window before Saturday viewings?
Yes. A Friday evening pass focused on the window and the signing room is a common arrangement, on top of the weekday round.
What is your notice period?
Twelve months on an annual contract, which is the market norm in Belgium. New contracts start with a six-month trial period you can end at thirty days' notice, so you are not locked in before you have seen us work.
Do you supply the equipment and products?
Yes, all of it. Professional Kärcher machines, microfibre rather than paper, pro products matched to each surface. You provide nothing.
