How much does cleaning my premises cost?
The price depends on the area, frequency and type of premises. For a 150m² office cleaned 1x/week, expect between 250 and 450€ excl. VAT/month. Our online estimator gives you a range in 30 seconds, no commitment.
Is the quote really free?
Yes, completely free and no commitment. We visit your premises (max 1h), assess the zones and constraints. You receive a clear offer usually within 24h.
Can the price change during the contract?
The monthly rate is fixed. A price review may be proposed once a year, agreed in advance with you. Never any surprises during the contract.
Do you charge VAT?
Our prices are quoted excl. VAT. Belgian VAT (21%) applies unless reverse charge for B2B clients subject to Belgian VAT. We also invoice companies with foreign VAT numbers (international subsidiaries, European companies active in Belgium).
Can I get a price online without a visit?
Yes, our online estimator gives you an immediate range based on your area, type of premises and desired frequency. It's the only tool of its kind available in Belgium for professional sites. The visit then refines the final price.

📋 Contract & organisation

What is the minimum commitment period?
Our recurring contracts are concluded for an initial period of 12 months, automatically renewable. Duration and conditions can be adapted according to the type of engagement. Notice period is 6 months by registered mail. For one-off interventions, no commitment.
How often do you intervene?
From 1x/week to daily according to your needs. Frequency is defined together during the visit and can evolve during the contract if your business changes.
Do you work outside office hours?
Yes, that's our standard mode of operation - we come before your teams arrive or after they leave. But some clients prefer an intervention during business hours, particularly for shops or practices receiving the public. We adapt to your situation.
Who works in my premises?
Stable teams you know. No anonymous rotation, no subcontracting. The same people regularly work at your premises.
How does the start-up work?
A kick-off visit is organised to identify sensitive zones, access points and specific instructions. A single briefing is enough.

🧹 Services & equipment

Do you provide the equipment and cleaning products?
Yes, all cleaning equipment is provided by PM Cleaning - scrubber dryers, industrial vacuums, certified products. You have nothing to invest or store.
Do you also manage consumable restocking?
Yes, on request we can handle restocking your bathroom and office consumables: bin bags, soaps, hand towels, tissues, dishwasher tablets, etc. Everything is managed without you having to think about it.
Do you also clean windows?
Yes, interior and exterior. We use pure osmosis water - no streaks, professional result. Frequency is flexible, most of our clients choose quarterly.
Do you offer solar panel cleaning?
Yes, with pure osmosis water, no chemicals. Rate from 9€ per panel depending on accessibility and volume. Available as recurring or one-off contract.
Do you work after construction or renovation?
Yes, post-construction cleaning is part of our one-off services. Dust, glue and paint traces, glazing - we reset the site to zero. Quote usually within 24h.
Can you replace my absent provider?

📍 Area & billing

What area do you cover?
Mainly active in Hainaut, Walloon Brabant, Flemish Brabant and Brussels. We also cover nearby border areas. If you have doubts about your location, contact us - we will assess feasibility.
Do you work with individuals?
PM Cleaning focuses on professional sites - offices, shops, industrial sites, showrooms, medical practices, schools, etc. Exception: solar panel cleaning is also offered to individuals (minimum 25 panels).
Do you accept clients with foreign VAT numbers?
Yes, we invoice Belgian companies as well as foreign subsidiaries active in Belgium (EU or non-EU VAT). No problem for international groups or Japanese, French, Dutch subsidiaries, etc.
