A cleaning company run by the people who do the work
We are a small company. That is a choice, and it is an argument: the person who answers you is the one who organises your visits, and a change is settled in one call.
PM Cleaning is a commercial cleaning company, a Belgian general partnership (SNC) located at Chaussée de Waterloo 200/8 in Rhode-Saint-Genèse, working in Walloon Brabant, Flemish Brabant and Hainaut: offices, industrial sites, warehouses, showrooms, shops, medical practices, gyms, restaurants and solar panels, with the same team every visit and 9 years of combined experience of the key people.
Why a small company
Large cleaning companies have area managers, central planning and rotating teams. We have the opposite: one manager per site, who knows the caretaker, the alarm and the corner where the limescale comes back. When you call, you get him. When someone on the team changes, you know beforehand.
What we do, and what we do not do
We do recurring cleaning of offices, industrial sites, warehouses, showrooms, shops, medical practices, gyms and restaurants; solar panel cleaning; post-renovation resets; and, on sites that ask for it, facilities services: meeting rooms, cafeteria, break area, coffee machines, crockery, according to your house rules. We do not do schools, residential co-ownerships or large new-build construction sites, and we stay within our three provinces.
The team
The same team every time, with a manager within reach and a team leader on multi-person jobs. We work in French, Dutch and English; eight languages are spoken in the team. Our staff hold the VCA basic safety diploma, we are members of ISSA EMEA and covered by professional liability insurance, certificate on request.

Our method

Equipment
Professional equipment from Kärcher, Unger, Nilfisk, among others: scrubber-dryers, backpack vacuums, poles and pure water for windows and panels. It remains our property and our responsibility on your sites.
