Who can order?
Sales are reserved for professionals: companies, self-employed workers, associations and public bodies with a company number (CBE/VAT). We do not sell to private individuals.
How do I place an order?
Add your products to the cart and check out, or simply send the references (e.g. NET01-G x2) via WhatsApp or e-mail. Minimum order: 250 EUR excl. VAT, or 100 EUR excl. VAT if you are a PM Cleaning maintenance client. You will then receive an e-mail confirmation with your delivery day.
When will I be delivered?
We deliver within our service areas: the Centre region (La Louvière, Binche, Manage, Seneffe and surroundings), the Braine-le-Comte - Soignies corridor, the Nivelles - Braine-l'Alleud - Waterloo - Rhode-Saint-Genèse corridor, and Walloon Brabant (Genappe, Wavre, Jodoigne and surroundings). A fixed delivery day is assigned to you with your first order. Order at least 2 business days ahead, by 5 pm. Outside our service areas: we deliver anywhere in Belgium according to a zone-based price grid (details in the next question).
How much does delivery cost?
Included from 250 EUR excl. VAT within our service areas; below that, a 25 EUR logistics fee applies. Outside our service areas, we deliver anywhere in Belgium: a fee of 35 EUR (minimum order 300 EUR excl. VAT), 45 EUR (minimum 450), 55 EUR (minimum 550) or 75 EUR (minimum 650) depending on your address zone. Send us your postcode and we will confirm your tier immediately. And from 900 EUR excl. VAT per order, delivery is free anywhere in Belgium, scheduled within 5 to 7 business days. Clients with a PM Cleaning maintenance contract: delivery from 100 EUR, dropped off during your team's scheduled visit.
What is an "alternative to [brand]" product?
You order a function and a quality level, not a brand. We deliver the best equivalent product available at the time of ordering: the brand may vary, but the specifications (capacity, number of pieces, use) are guaranteed — and that is what makes the best price possible. Photos are non-contractual. Products identified by an exact brand (Jura, Tork, Dettol...) are delivered in that brand.
Are the prices shown exclusive of VAT?
Yes, all prices are shown excluding VAT (professional use). The amount incl. VAT is shown in the cart and on each product sheet. VAT (21 pct, reduced rate for certain goods) appears on the invoice.
How does payment work?
Existing clients (maintenance contract or open account): the order is simply added to your next invoice, payable at 30 days. New clients: payment by bank transfer before delivery, with a payment QR code on the invoice — two seconds with your banking app. No credit card needed.
What if a product is non-compliant or damaged?
Report it by e-mail or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo. We will replace the product with your next delivery or issue a credit note.
Can I set up regular restocking?
Yes, it is actually our speciality: we build your standard restocking list (your products, your quantities, your prices), and before each delivery you receive a message — replying OK is enough. You can adjust it at any time.
Where does the "market price" shown come from?
It is the public price observed for a comparable product from professional suppliers in Belgium, tracked and updated regularly. It lets you see exactly where our pricing stands, in full transparency.
